Security

At Brookwood keeping your little one safe is our number one priority.  We strive to offer a clean, safe, loving environment at all times. 

Upon check-in in the baby nusery, parents are given a nursery pager.  Should a need arise to locate the parents during Sunday School or worship, parents can be paged. Please label all your child's belongings including diaper bags, pacificers, bottles, etc.  The teachers will obtain a list of the child's needs and perferences during their time in the nursery. 

Older preschoolers are assigned a security tag upon arrival.  Any special instructions for your child such as allergies or potty training status can be indicated on the security tag.  Children will only be released to someone with a matching security number.   

SORRY YOU'RE SICK...

For the protection of all of the children, please do not bring a child to church when any of the following exist:

1. Fever (should be free of fever without medication for 24 hours.)

2. Vomiting and/or diarrhea within the last 24 hours.

3. Any symptom of usual childhood diseases-- Scarlet fever, Fifths Disease, Hand, Foot, Mouth Disease, measles, mumps, chicken pox, whooping cough.

4. Common cold with symptoms, green runny nose, chronic cough, etc.

5. Sore throat

6. Croup

7. Any unexplained rash

8. Any skin infection-- boils, ringworm, impetigo

9. Pink eye and other eye infections.

10. On prescribed medication for infection or congestion less than 48 hours
