This is an outreach event for our low-income uninsured friends and neighbors.
To receive services at this health fair you must be either
1. unemployed with no insurance, or
2. working but the pay is below the state poverty level and have no insurance or possibly only medical insurance, but no dental insurance.
If you have medical insurance, but no dental insurance and meet the poverty level requirements - you can receive dental services from us. We have the forms from the state to figure out if someone is working and making below the poverty level.

Blood Glucose Screening
Blood Pressure Screening
Hemoglobin Checked
Vision & Hearing Screening
Back-to-School Physicals
Sports Physicals
